Overview

The Account Xero tab, displays a summary of information relating to the status of the integration and the Account’s billable history. The fields in the Xero Tab are either directly pulled or calculated based on data synced from Xero.

Account Xero Fields

Field Name

Description

Xero Contact Type

Describes the customer relationship of the Xero Contact. Possible values are as follows:

Synced with no transaction = No Invoice or Bill on the Xero Contact.

Customer = At least one Invoice on the Xero Contact.

Supplier = At least one Bill on the Xero Contact.

Customer & Supplier = At least one Bill and Invoice on the Xero Contact.

Xero Contact Status

The Contact status in Xero.

Sync to XERO

When checked, the field indicates the SugarCRM Account is connected and syncing with Xero, and vice versa when unchecked.

Days Since Last Transaction

Days since last created Invoice on the SugarCRM Account.

Xero Contact Name

The name of the Xero Contact. Refer to Edit a contact to learn how to edit Xero Contacts.

Outstanding Amount (inc-tax)

The total value (inc-tax) of Invoices on the SugarCRM Account that are overdue.

Life Time Value (ex-tax)

The total value (ex-tax) of paid Invoices on the SugarCRM Account.

Sales Terms

Pulls from the Invoices Due Date field on the Xero Contact. Refer to Set due dates for invoices & quotes to learn how to edit the Invoices Due Date field in Xero.

When you create an invoice, the Expected Payment Date, Due Date and Planned Payment Date will automatically populate with the Invoice Date plus the number of days indicated by the Sales Terms.

Account Filters

SalesRoller provides Account, list view filters based on the Xero Tab fields described above. Refer to the table below for Xero Tab fields that are filterable on the Account list view.
